Lois Carson has a unique blend of talents!
Lois had a successful and rewarding career in the food industry where she focused on developing outstanding menu items and ingredients for companies such as, Taco Bell, Carl’s Jr. and Godfather’s Pizza. As a senior leader, she became passionate about coaching people.
In 2005 Lois began coaching clients in a major food corporation, focusing on:

Lois is currently president of Lois Carson Coaching and Consulting where she inspires leaders to achieve breakthrough results and extraordinary performance by giving them the tools and insights to think, communicate and relate in a more powerful way. With her extensive background in the Food Industry, Lois is a natural to work with leaders in that industry.
Lois Carson is a Coach U Graduate and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation. Lois was an associate with Unshackled Leadership Coaching for several years. She also coaches leaders in non-profit organizations through Executive Coaches of Orange County. Lois is a member of the national and local chapters of the International Coach Federation.
When coaching clients, Lois stretches people toward excellence, helping them do things in powerful and winning ways, using their strengths to achieve dramatic results in a demanding environment. Clients have deepened their learning, improved their performance, and enhanced their quality of life.
