PRIVACY POLICY
You will receive communications from me if you have ever signed up for a free offer, free webinar, met me at an event or workplace activity, or have purchased a program or coaching/workshop services from Lois Carson Coaching & Consulting, LLC.
If you wish to unsubscribe from my communications, there are three methods available to you. I use Aweber as my service provider and only collect names, emails and phone/SkypeID through webforms on my website or via an API through Paypal.
1st option – If you would like to be removed from a list in Aweber, you will always find an Unsubscribe link at the foot of every email you receive from me. Click on that link and you will be removed immediately from that specific list.
2nd option – you can stay on the list of the product you purchased AND request to be removed from receiving any further promotional material (free information, offers and/or webinars or any information about new products or services). Please contact me at Lois@LoisCarson.com and request Option#2.
3rd Option – If you would like to be removed from all lists, contact me at Lois@LoisCarson.com and request to be removed from all lists (Option#3). Please note: if you have made prior purchases you will also be removed from those lists and you will not receive any special invitations or updates regarding your past purchases.
Additionally, you have opportunities to share your name and email via the “Contact Form” on my website, or by leaving a comment on a blog post. These details are NEVER added to my email service (Aweber) or shared with anyone else outside of the business. Your personal details are only used by myself or a member of my team to connect with you via email or telephone/Skype to answer your inquiry or to gather information prior to a conversation about one of my services or programs on offer.
You will be able to receive communications again from me in the future upon request or by purchasing a product or signing up for any of my free information, offers and/or webinars or any information about new products or services.
I TAKE YOUR PRIVACY VERY SERIOUSLY. I will never sell, rent or make available your data to anyone other than Paypal (our payment data processor) or government officials in line with US and State Law. When you use Paypal, you will provide your credit card number directly to Paypal. Paypal’s privacy policy will apply to the information you provide on the Paypal website.
We use Google Analytics to track customer interaction with our website. If you do not want this data used, please block all cookies by following this guide (https://www.howtogeek.com/241006/how-to-block-third-party-cookies-in-every-web-browser/). Be aware however, that if you block cookies that are in use to make this website function, you may experience purchase issues.
Links to Other Websites
In blog posts (and other places on our site) there may be links to other web services whose privacy policies may differ from mine. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. It is suggested that you carefully read the privacy statement of any website you visit.
